His perspective evolved after working alongside Steve and Leanne Ford on HGTV’s Restored by the Fords, where he was inspired by their aesthetic sensibility and creative freedom. That experience shaped Patrick’s approach—bridging hands-on construction knowledge with thoughtful design vision.Every project under Gritz Design & Build is led personally by Patrick, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from framing to finish. Construction Management
Hands-on project oversight from demolition to completion. Coordination with trusted trades, vendors, and artisans to maintain precision and quality.
Installation & Final Styling
